John O'Connor is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring. Currently serving as a Partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP since February 2012, O'Connor has also held the position of Principal at Paradise Road Advisors from 2008 to 2011. O'Connor's leadership extends to education as a Trustee of Pace University since 2006, where involvement includes the Executive Committee and chairing the University Operations Committee and Finance Committee. Previously, O'Connor served as a Trustee at Gettysburg College from 2006 to 2014 and is now a Trustee Emeritus. Prior to these roles, O'Connor was a Partner at Milbank LLP from 1988 to 2007. O'Connor earned a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
