Regina Rupert is an experienced professional in participant advocacy and support services, currently working as a Participant Advocate/Intake & Marketing at PACE Southeast Michigan since February 2020. Previously, Regina held several roles at JARC, including Manager and Direct Support Professional, where responsibilities included facilitating community access for individuals with developmental disabilities. Regina's management experience extends to retail, having managed Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and gained administrative skills as an Independent Living Specialist at ATSI. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wayne State University, with ongoing studies for a Master's in Social Work at Wayne State University.
