Karmell Dawson, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at PACE Engineers, Inc. since February 2005, where previous responsibilities included the role of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resource Generalist at Excell Data from 2001 to 2003 and as Technical Resource Assistant at Compuware from 1999 to 2001. Karmell Dawson holds a BA in Communications from Washington State University, completed between 1994 and 1999, and a Human Resources Certificate from Green River College.
