Tom Warnock has work experience at two different companies. Tom started their career in 1986 as a Junior Engineer at EBMUD, where they worked until 1988. In 1988, they joined PACE Engineering as a Principal Engineer and Vice President. No specific end dates are provided for their roles at both companies.

Tom Warnock has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1985 to 1986.
