Rajesh also held significant positions at Ally Financial Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Youngsoft Inc., demonstrating expertise in IT project management, vendor collaboration, and budget forecasting. Earlier roles include Project Development Manager at Brown and Williamson Tobacco, Software Development Lead at GE Appliances, and Java Software Developer at CDAC. Rajesh Nair holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and multiple degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bharathiar University and Government Victoria College.
