Steve Zimbelmann is an experienced maintenance management professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in the food and beverage industry, as well as military service. Currently a Maintenance Manager at PAC Worldwide since June 2018, Steve oversees a team of 40 technicians responsible for the maintenance of plant facilities and processes related to aseptic beverage production. Prior roles include Maintenance & Facility Manager at Pacific Foods, where Steve managed a significant budget while leading teams in plant operations, and Maintenance Manager at Universal Foods, where key initiatives included establishing a preventative maintenance program and optimizing spare parts purchasing processes. Earlier experience also includes a solid foundational role at California Natural Products and military service in the United States Army and California National Guard, where Steve led technical maintenance teams and managed aircraft maintenance operations. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, expected in 2019.
