The leadership team at Paboco has a lot of experience in the industry, with members having worked as a Senior Consultant at Pharma Tecnology A/S, CEO at C&H System, and Økonomichef at C&H System. The team also has a lot of experience in financial positions, such as the Chief Financial Officer at Paboco and the Financial Controller at PBN MEDICALS Denmark A/S. Other members have experience in operations, such as Operations Manager at Paboco, and innovation, such as Innovation Project Manager at ALPLA Group. The team is also experienced in education, with members having studied engenering at the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, polymer/plastics engineering at Helsingør Teknikum, and strategy, leadership and internationalisation at Copenhagen Business School.
