Víctor Fernández Pey has a diverse work experience in the fields of treasury, tax, and accounting. Víctor began their career in 2014 as an Asesor Fiscal at Seinprodat Asesores, where they provided tax advice. In 2018, Víctor joined Paack, initially working in the Departamento de contabilidad before transitioning to roles of increasing responsibility. Víctor served as a Treasury Manager from September 2019 to June 2023, after which they assumed the role of Head of Treasury & Tax. Throughout their career, Víctor has demonstrated expertise in treasury management, tax advisory, and accounting functions.

Víctor Fernández Pey completed a Master's degree in Financial Management and Control from EAE Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in Accounting and Business Management, from 2011 to 2015.
