Carina Lee has extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors, currently serving as Trainer II at PA Health & Wellness since September 2017, with prior positions including Trainer I and Program Coordinator roles. Previous experience includes a Customer Care Associate role at Cigna and a Medical Records Processor position at Medixâ„¢, as well as roles in corrections and case management. Carina began a career in customer service at NCO Group and held various positions including Assembler and Career Resource Assistant. Carina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing further education at California University of Pennsylvania.
