Tom Crofts, CEng MIMechE, MIAM, is a Senior Consultant at PA Consulting since January 2021, following an extensive military career with the British Army from May 2013 to January 2021. In the Army, Tom held various leadership roles, including Head of Operations and Head of Engineering Operations for the King’s Royal Hussars, where responsibilities included providing critical technical advice and overseeing engineering operations for major military exercises. Tom managed multimillion-pound equipment upgrade programs and coordinated significant training initiatives for military engineers. Education includes a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds and completion of the Military Systems Engineering Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
