Marcus Brown is a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting since November 2021, with prior experience as Senior Policy Lead for Pay Development at the UK Ministry of Defence and extensive service in the British Army from June 1997 to September 2021 in various senior roles. These roles included Senior Policy Lead for Army Personnel Strategy and Army Remuneration & Allowances, Commanding Officer of the largest British Army Reserve unit, Senior Operations Manager overseeing a global force, and Chief of Staff for the deployable Joint Helicopter Force. Marcus has also served as Officer Commanding an Apache Attack Helicopter Squadron and led multiple operational and training efforts, demonstrating expertise in strategy, operations, and personnel management.
