Espen Hoff is an experienced media professional and leader with a diverse background in broadcasting and public service. Hoff has served as a Programleder at P4 Radio Hele Norge since January 2015 and has extensive experience as an On Air Personality at various radio stations, including Radio Metro and NRJ. Besides radio work, Hoff holds a leadership role at Oslo kommune Renovasjonsetaten, focusing on operations management and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Hoff excels as a Voice Over Artist for TV and radio through Esrub Consulting and possesses a trade certificate in the recycling field, having worked as a Fagarbeider in gjenvinningsfaget with a specialization in hazardous waste since March 2004. With military service in the Norwegian Armed Forces, Hoff also has academic qualifications in logistics from Handelshøyskolen BI.
