Prior to P3, Sara co-founded Savetovalište Metanoja, working as a psychotherapist in rational emotive behavior therapy, and held various roles at Trizma, including Training Center Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator, where coordination of training programs and recruitment processes were key responsibilities.
