Niklas Broch serves as an Associate Partner at P3 since June 2017, specializing in Operations & Supply Chain Management and contributing to the leadership team in the automotive sector. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Principal, focusing on supply chain management, operational excellence, and production optimization. Prior to joining P3, Niklas was a Masterand at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung at RWTH Aachen University, where research involved the application potential of CO2-based polyurethane systems in automotive components. Niklas gained experience as a Student Assistant at the Institute of Mineral Engineering, and held internships and academic projects at various companies, including Henkel and BMW Group. Niklas holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from RWTH Aachen University.
