Adriana Cazan currently serves as Head of Talent Management at P3 since July 2022. Previously, Adriana held several key positions at Ve Global from February 2015 to July 2022, including Director of People and European Talent Manager, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating Human Resources activities across 15 countries, coaching HR colleagues, providing strategic advice to executives, and implementing various policies and learning platforms. Prior experience includes serving as Professional Placement Consultant at Manpower and Human Resources Consultant at SC SMART TRAINING SRL, with a focus on recruitment and training across various industries. Adriana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing from Babes-Bolyai University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
