Yvonne is a senior Director, non-executive and Chairperson with board-level expertise gained in both FTSE companies and HM Government. As a Senior Civil Servant with the Ministry of Justice, she commissioned a broad range of infrastructure and services, directed operations for prison and probation services and led two major technology initiatives as Senior Responsible Owner. Prior to joining the MOJ, Yvonne had a successful career at BT Plc where she led their retail, government, and small business divisions. She founded a boutique consultancy, Nouvion Ltd, in 2018 to help organisations who supply government to review their growth strategies and to design compelling solutions. She also advises government bodies and charities on public sector procurements and accessing grant funding.

Yvonne is a board advisor to a software solutions company, and a Director of a Community Interest Company that helps people when they leave prison. She is also an accredited leadership coach working with individuals, teams, and boards.
