Justyna Prasek is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Business Partner South at PJH since January 2023. Prior to this role, Justyna held several positions in learning and development, including Learning and Development Associate at Futaba Manufacturing UK from January 2019 to December 2022 and in a similar capacity at FUTABA INDUSTRIAL U.K. LTD. earlier in 2018. Justyna's career also includes experience as a Training Coordinator at Grupo Antolin and Magna International. Justyna holds a Foundation Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD, a Postgraduate Degree from the General Teaching Council for England, a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Politechnika Opolska, and a Bachelor's degree in Natural and Technical Sciences from Uniwersytet Opolski.
