Ozgur Dustegor is an experienced R&D Manager at PIWorks, Inc. since November 2010, responsible for employee performance evaluations and team goal distribution. Previously, Ozgur served as a Software Architect and business analyst at PIWorks. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Turkcell Technology, focusing on process and release management and the design of a configuration management database (CMDB) project. Earlier career stages involved software engineering positions at Vodafone IT/Oksijen, where service creation environments were developed, and at Oksijen Technology, where bulk messaging tools and a Value Added Service Platform were designed and implemented. Ozgur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Marmara University, completed in 2002.
