Madison Lang has extensive experience in customer service, collections, and marketing. Currently serving as an Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit Specialist at P-Fleet since August 2017, Madison also holds a position as a Driver for Postmates since March 2017. Prior experience includes a marketing internship at Hovione in 2016, where key responsibilities involved analyzing marketing strategies and competitor trends. Madison began a career in customer service with roles as a Sales Associate at Macy's from 2014 to 2016 and as a Team Member at KFC from 2012 to 2013. Madison is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at San Diego State University, expected to graduate in May 2025, having previously earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Spanish from the same institution.
