Marina Balashova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marina currently holds the position of Head of the Learning & Development Department at OZON.ru since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of the Training and Quality Center at OZON.ru from September 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining OZON.ru, Marina worked as the Head of Staff Recruitment and Training at AO Galopolimer from September 2019 to September 2020.
