Jonathan Diamond currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Operations at Oyster® since October 2022, focusing on operational excellence, strategic planning, and leadership of a globally distributed team. Prior experience includes directing growth and operations at Forward, where achievements included managing a substantial budget for an acquisition strategy and successfully leading the marketing team during a transition. Jonathan's career also includes significant roles at Airbnb, StubHub, and Gymboree Corporation in business operations, marketing strategy, and analytics. Jonathan holds two MBAs from The George Washington University School of Business and IPADE Business School, along with a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
