Amanda Galbraith is an experienced communications professional and media contributor currently serving as a Partner at Oyster Group since May 2024 and as a Contributor & Host for CFRB 1010 AM since March 2017, where Amanda hosts the weekly public affairs show "Free for All Friday." Prior to these roles, Amanda was a Principal at Navigator Ltd., providing strategic communications for top executives and large companies from January 2017 to May 2024, and served as Director of Communications to the Mayor of Toronto from October 2014 to December 2016. Additional experience includes an Account Director position at Playbook Communications, Deputy Director of Communications for the Office of the Minister of the Environment, and a Special Assistant & Writer in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada. Amanda began a career as a freelance journalist from 2001 to 2004. Amanda holds an Honours Degree in Journalism and Political Science from Carleton University.
