Sonal Sinha is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for OYO International and Americas, Sonal Sinha has been instrumental in establishing finance functions across 18 new international markets, focusing on margin delivery and working capital management. Previous roles include Vice President of International Business Finance at OYO, where responsibilities included oversight of financial operations and stakeholder management, and Lead Manager of Finance at GE, responsible for project management and process creation for finance operations in the Asia region. Sonal Sinha's career began at Infosys, where significant achievements in financial accounting, budgeting, and project management were accomplished. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an MBA in Finance from The ICFAI University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Patna University.
