Mohan Raj M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and engineering. Currently serving as Director at OYO since February 2019, Mohan has a strong background in deal advisory, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund raising, having previously worked at KPMG India as an Associate from 2017 to 2019. Prior experience includes a summer internship in corporate finance at airtel in 2016 and a role as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Saipem from 2014 to 2015, specializing as a Piping Stress Engineer. Mohan holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management with a focus on finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, along with secondary and higher secondary education from Amrita Vidyalayam.
