Taymaz (TJ) Jahani is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Principal at Green Box Solutions Inc since 2012, focusing on solar photovoltaic project development and strategic partnerships in emerging markets. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of OYA Renewables since December 2012, Taymaz oversees utility and community solar projects and battery storage initiatives. Previous roles include President of morSolar Inc., Managing Director at Cricket Solar Inc., Director of Engineering at OZZ Solar, and Senior Project Manager at Crossey Engineering International Ltd. Taymaz holds an MBA in Real Estate/Infrastructure Development and Renewable Energy from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University.
