Kinseng Cheng began their work experience in 2016 as a Cashier at Safeway. From January 2018 to August 2018, they worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Support Technician at The University of British Columbia. In May 2019, they transitioned to the role of Laboratory Support Technician at the same university until August of that year. In May 2020, Kinseng worked as a Laboratory Technician at The University of British Columbia until September 2020.

In August 2021, they joined Greenlight Innovation Corp. as an Electrical Technician and stayed in that role until February 2023. Currently, as of February 2023, Kinseng is working as a Junior Controls Engineer at Oxygen8.

From 2017 to 2021, Kinseng Cheng attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical Engineering.
