Daun Brown has over 30 years of experience in IT support and software management, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist at Oxygen Service Company since 2004, where responsibilities include managing the TIMS software. Previously, Daun held the position of IT Manager at the same company, overseeing both software and hardware vendors. Earlier in the career, Daun worked as a Software Analyst at Computers Unlimited from 1993 to 2003, where testing of the TIMS software, documentation writing, and special programming design were key responsibilities, along with a brief involvement in EDI. Daun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montana State University Billings, studied from 1989 to 1991.
