Matthew Vickers has a long work history, beginning with a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op at the Georgia Tech Research Institute's Electro-Optical Systems Laboratory in 2008. Matthew then held the role of Systems Engineering Intern at L3 Technologies - Warrior Systems Division, Insight Technology in 2011. During the same year, they were also an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Treasurer - Financial Accountant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2012, they worked as an Engineering Consultant and in 2013, they became the Lead Mechanical Engineer at DigitalVision Systems. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Tie Down as the VP Process Improvement and Research and Development Engineer. Currently, they are the Director Of Hardware Engineering at OXOS Medical.
Matthew Vickers began their education in 2006 at Florida State College at Jacksonville. In 2008, they transferred to the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at Georgia Institute of Technology, they also studied at their Lorraine Campus in 2010.
