Iesha Bell is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a diverse background in publishing and customer service. Currently serving as Operations Executive at Balance Me Natural Skincare since February 2023, Iesha previously held roles at Oxford University Press as both Supply Planner and Inventory Coordinator. At LexisNexis UK, Iesha worked as Content Delivery Executive and Coordinator, overseeing production and distribution processes. In addition, Iesha has been involved with the Poppy Loves Book Club as a Captain, managing a significant online community. Early experiences include editorial and publicity internships at Hachette UK and Penguin Random House UK, along with various customer service and administrative roles. Iesha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Gloucestershire.
