Emily Kearns is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive recruitment experience across various industries. Currently employed by Oxford University Press since April 2022, Emily oversees full lifecycle recruitment for the United States and Canada while fostering strong candidate relationships. Prior roles include managing recruitment processes at ABC-Amega and serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York. Emily's career began with creative recruitment at Onward Search and experience in casting and production assistance in the entertainment industry. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State World Campus.
