Faisal Rashid is a Principal Consultant in Public Finance at Oxford Policy Management, with a career spanning over 15 years focused on public financial management and governance. Since July 2013, Faisal has contributed to the Sub-National Governance Program of DFID, enhancing government capacity for effective service delivery. Previously, Faisal served as Deputy Secretary (Resources) in the Finance Department of the Government of Punjab, where significant budgetary improvements were achieved, including a substantial increase in tax collection.
