Eric Novicki has extensive experience in the physical therapy and sports management fields. Currently serving as Talent Manager and Team Lead for the Health Care Division at Global Performance Search since February 2020, Eric was previously the owner of Sports Therapy, Inc. from June 1986 to May 2018, where operations spanned 11 locations across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. Since April 2018, Eric has been with Oxford Physical Therapy Centers, aiding in the merger with Sports Therapy, Inc. to create a leading physical therapy provider in the TriState area. Additionally, Eric has contributed to youth sports as a lacrosse coach at multiple schools and clubs from January 2006 to September 2020. Eric holds a BS degree in Athletic Training from Ithaca College and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Kent State University.
