Steven Nettleingham has worked in the software development industry since 2012. Steven began their career as a Front-End Developer at Relayware, Inc., where they managed the front-end development for the professional services department, building client portals and ensuring that the technical designs met the business requirements. Steven also quickly rose into a team management role and led the company’s configuration department. In 2016, they moved to The Marketing Practice as a Front-End Web Developer, where they were responsible for ownership of all front-end development tasks for the business including websites, microsites, landing pages and web applications while ensuring cross browser/device compatibility. In 2017, they joined Rezatec - Analyzing Earth Data as a Senior Front-End Web Developer, where they were tasked with rebuilding a POC from the ground up into a scalable, multi-tenant React application. Steven currently holds the role of Senior Front End Engineer at Oxford Medical Simulation.

Steven Nettleingham completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Multimedia Technology & Design from the University of Kent between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a HND in Media Production from the University for the Creative Arts between 2005 and 2007.
