Martine Billanou is an experienced Senior Consultant at Oxford HR Consultants Limited since September 2018, specializing in leadership consultancy for the for-purpose sector. Previously, Martine held the position of Associate Consultant at Oxford HR, working with international NGOs and social impact organizations. In addition, Martine has been a Senior Consultant at MGB CONSULT since January 2011, providing expert advice in humanitarian and development programs. From April 2010 to May 2018, Martine served as a Senior Advisor for Joint Programming at Alliance2015, enhancing cooperation among European NGOs. Martine's leadership experience includes serving as Country Director for SNV in Cameroon and previously for Save the Children UK across various countries, including Tanzania, Bangladesh, and Eritrea. Early career began as a Consultant for UNICEF in Eritrea from 1994 to 1996. Martine holds a Maitrise in Economics from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), earned in 1975.
