Tim Williams has over three decades of work experience in finance, commercial management, and business development roles. Tim is currently serving as the CFO/COO at Oxford Flow since September 2017. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Commercial Director at Tradewell Commercial Consulting Ltd. from February 2015 to February 2018. Tim also served as the Business Development Director at Peak Well Systems from October 2012 to 2015. Tim has held various finance positions, including Finance Director at AX-S from January 2011 to October 2012, Group Commercial Manager (Integrated Solutions/Asset Management) at Expro International Group from 2007 to January 2010, Commercial Manager - Europe FSU Region at Expro International Group from 2002 to 2006, and Finance Manager in Special Business Unit/Business Streams at Expro International Group from 1997 to 2001. Tim started their career at Racal Survey (North Sea) Ltd as a Management Accountant from 1993 to 1997 and later worked at Racal Positioning Systems Ltd as a Finance Manager from 1990 to 1993. Tim began their professional journey as a Graduate Management Accountant at Racal Marine Systems Ltd in September 1988.

Tim Williams attended Lancaster University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy, Finance & Economics.
