Patrick Boughen possesses extensive experience in environmental and wastewater management, currently serving as a Wastewater Operator 3 for the City of Oxford, Ohio since March 2015. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of Wastewater Operator at Butler County Water and Sewer from July 2011 to March 2015 and worked as an Environmental Technician for Parsons Corporation since October 2005. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Technician at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. from September 2003 to October 2005. Patrick Boughen's educational background includes studies at the University of Northwestern Ohio from 1998 to 2000 and a degree in Environmental from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
