Rachel Payne currently serves as the Deputy Head of Education & Student Experience at Oxford Brookes University since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Principal Lecturer in Education and Student Experience at the same institution. Rachel earned a Doctorate in Education (EdD), specializing in Learning, Leadership, and Policy, from the University of Bristol, where studies were completed from September 2009 to September 2016.
