Paul Feldman has been a board member at Oxford Brookes University since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive of Jisc from October 2015 to September 2021. Paul has also served as the Executive Partner at Gartner from April 2015 to October 2015, and the CTO/CIO at the Intellectual Property Office from January 2015 to June 2015. From April 2012 to December 2014, they were the CTO Legal UKI for Thomson Reuters, and prior to that they were the IS Director for Cancer Research UK from February 2010 to April 2012. Paul Feldman began their career as the CIO Barclaycard for Barclays Bank from June 2007 to January 2010.

Paul Feldman has a Ph D in Industrial and Business Studies from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Paul also has a B.Sc(Hons) in Computational Science from the University of St Andrews.
