Jamie Sims is a Senior Lecturer in Physical Activity and Health at Oxford Brookes University since September 2022 and has served as a Coach Educator and Trainer for Badminton England since March 2007. Previously, Jamie was a Senior Lecturer in Physical Activity and Health at the University of Chichester from September 2010 to September 2022 and worked as a Sport Development Manager at DC Leisure Management Ltd from March 2007 to March 2009. Jamie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Population Health and Physical Activity from the University of Oxford, alongside a Post-Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and a Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the University of Chichester. Additional educational credentials include a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology & Computing from Bournemouth University.
