Alison Roe has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Alison began their career as a Research Scientist at Harwell Laboratories in 1985. Alison then worked at Celltech Biologics, where they held various roles, including Purification Scientist, Purification Development Scientist, and Purification Supervisor. In 1994, they joined Lonza and served as the Fermentation Manager, Production Support Manager, and Quality Control Manager. At Lonza, they also worked as a Manufacturing Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. Since 2015, they have been employed at Oxford BioMedica, initially as the Lead of Client Programme Management and currently as the Head of Client Programme Management.
Alison Roe attended The City University in London from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a BSc degree in Biochemistry. Prior to attending university, Alison attended Valley Comprehensive School, though no additional information about their degree or field of study at this school is provided. In 2013, Alison obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
