Shaun Connor is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and technical support. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Officer at Oxfam Australia since August 2020, Shaun previously worked as a Support Technician for Zero Latency PTY LTD, providing technical assistance for venues and client sites worldwide. Additional experience includes serving as a Network & Systems Engineer at Ingen-IT Pty Ltd, where management of network outages and business application support were key responsibilities. Shaun's early career involved roles such as a Christmas Events Volunteer for the City of Monash Council, a Sales/Personal Assistant at Wenatex, and a Stagehand with Waverley Theatre Company. Shaun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from RMIT University and multiple qualifications from Box Hill Institute, including an Advanced Diploma in IT (Network Security) and a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking).
