Caleb Johnson is an Executive Search Associate at Oxeon since July 2023, contributing to the firm's efforts in healthcare talent acquisition. Previous experiences include roles as a YQCA - BQ Associate at the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania and participation in the Student Health Insurance Advisory Committee. Caleb served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Chair while also completing a summer associate program in healthcare management at Northwell Health. Additionally, Caleb was a MAP D-League Fellow with the Make A Play Foundation and a Healthcare Administration Scholar with NAHSE Baltimore. Educational achievements include a degree in Cognitive Science with a focus on Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. Early education was completed at Germantown Academy and Phil-Mont Christian Academy.
