David A. Rosow has served as a Director of Oxbow Carbon LLC since October 2015. Prior to serving on the Oxbow Board, Mr. Rosow was a council member for the Town of Palm Beach beginning in 2008 and then Council President from 2009 through 2012. Mr. Rosow is a former Trustee of Fidelity SelectCo, a sector specializing in funds managed by Fidelity Management & Research, and concurrent ETFs, with approximately $80+ billion in assets, and former Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as former member of the Compliance, Governance and Distribution Committees. He is a former Chairman of Rosow & Co., a private investment firm, and previous Chairman, President and CEO of Moore & Munger, a private company involved in the sales of specialty refinery products, principally petroleum and synthetic waxes. Mr. Rosow is the former Chairman of Westport Bank and Trust, former member of the Board, Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Hudson United Bancorp, former member of the Board of TD Banktrust/North, and former Chairman and CEO of International Golf Group, which owned, managed and designed golf course properties and owned golf equipment manufacturing companies. His many community activities include Director of Oxbridge Academy, member of the Palm Beach Civic Association, member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church, former Trustee of Fairfield Country Day School from 1980 through 2007 as well as former Chairman and President from 1993 through 1996, former member of the Board of Advisors at Yale Medical School and former Director of America3 Foundation. Mr. Rosow received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
