Helge Raitanen is the Vice Chairman and a Board Member of Oxaio Networks. Mr. Raitanen is also the Founder and Chairman of QROi Limited, a company established in 2011 in Hong Kong. QROi Limited is currently providing full range, end to end services and technology solutions to Telecom Operators and all major Telecom Vendors in Asia Region.

Prior to the establishment of QROi Ltd and Oxaio Networks, Mr. Raitanen held the position as Group CTO at TeliaSonera Eurasia with responsibility for seven countries – Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Nepal.

Mr. Raitanen has been working in Management and Executive positions with Telecom Operators and Vendors since 1989. Mr. Raitanen has a B.S. in Electronical Engineering.
