Marta Ostroumoff currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Oxa since April 2015 and is also the Founder and consultant at Forward Looking Ltd from May 2015. Prior to these roles, Marta held the position of Head of Finance at Prodrive from September 2011 to May 2015, focusing on business strategy development, financial reporting, cashflow management, financial planning, and project cost negotiation. Previous experience includes serving as Cost Control Manager at Slick Seating Systems Ltd from May 2008 to August 2011, and as Management Accountant at SE Comms Ltd from April 2007 to May 2008. Marta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Birmingham City University and a HND from Worcester College of Technology. Additional qualifications include ACCA certification and enrollment in the Executive Leadership Programme at The University of Edinburgh, set to conclude in December 2023.
