Francine Uwamahoro has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position at OX Delivers as the Rwanda Managing Director since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations for the same company from March 2022 to May 2022.
From 2016 to 2022, Francine worked at EarthEnable, where they held multiple roles. Francine was the Managing Director from January 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they served as the Deputy Managing Director & Eastern Regional Manager from July 2020 to January 2021, and as a District Manager from November 2018 to June 2020. Francine also worked as an Operation Associate from August 2017 to October 2018, where they were responsible for various tasks related to construction and logistics management. Francine had an additional role as the Assistant Finance Manager from October 2016 to July 2017, where they handled financial planning and auditing tasks.
In 2014, Francine had a role as a Kepler Safety Associate Member at Kepler Kigali, where they focused on ensuring safety within the Kepler community. Francine also worked as a Student at Kepler Kigali from June 2014 to June 2017.
Additionally, Francine has experience working at CanGo Africa (Formerly SafeMotos), where they were a Customer Experience Coordinator from September 2015 to October 2016, assisting with customer outreach and marketing efforts. Francine also worked as an Associate Researcher at ID Insight Consulting from March 2016 to April 2016, conducting interviews and data collection for refugee research.
Between 2007 and 2009, Francine Uwamahoro attended Fawe Girls School, where they studied Ordinal Level but did not receive a degree. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Liquidnet Family High School at Agahozo Shalom Youth Village, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. In 2014, Francine enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, majoring in Management with a concentration in Public Administration and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree. Francine further pursued their education at the University of South Wales from 2019 to 2021, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
