Andrée-Anne Leroy is an experienced professional in career coaching and program development, currently serving as the MPA Career and Co-op Coordinator at the University of Victoria since May 2017. Andrée-Anne facilitates individualized coaching for graduate students and serves as an instructor for a career development course. Additionally, Andrée-Anne is the Principal of Leroy Coaching & Consulting, offering expertise in career transition, well-being, culture, leadership, and social-emotional learning. Recent roles include Culture and Wellness Facilitator at Own The Podium and prior positions in career development at The University of British Columbia, Game Plan | Plan De Match, and the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific, focusing on supporting athletes' career and life services. Andrée-Anne holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
