Christopher Chappell is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the GIS Manager at OWN, Inc. since December 2014, Christopher previously held the position of GIS Coordinator for the County of Jasper Missouri from February 2007 to September 2014, where notable contributions included comprehensive GIS implementation across various county departments. Earlier, Christopher served as the GIS Manager for the City of Richmond, Virginia, and held GIS Coordinator roles at Reynolds Forestry Consulting and the County of Jefferson, Kansas. Christopher Chappell earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Journalism from Northwest Missouri State University between 1992 and 1995.
