Yoav Alroy possesses extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as R&D Team Lead at Own Company since April 2021, Yoav focuses on core functionalities, enhances collaboration with product and quality teams, and drives cross-organization efforts to standardize best practices. Previously, Yoav was a Senior Software Engineer at OwnBackup, where a cloud-based application for the Salesforce ecosystem was developed, and a Software Engineer at NICE Ltd, contributing to innovative cloud architecture and full-stack development in a global environment. Yoav also has experience in biotech, having developed image analysis interfaces at Anima Biotech. Yoav holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
