Meital Saiski has extensive experience in various roles, primarily focusing on agile coaching and operational excellence. Meital has worked as the Director of Product and R&D Operation at their own company, where they were responsible for improving processes and efficiency within the organization. Meital also worked as an Agile Coach and Operational Excellence consultant at Meital Coaching & Consulting, helping organizations implement agile methodologies and establish infrastructure for continuous improvement. Prior to that, they worked as an Agile Coach and Program Management Consultant at Ajimeh. Meital also has experience as a Management Lead Coach and Agile coach at IT/HighTech units in global enterprise companies at Proceed. Meital has a background in IT, having worked as the Head of IT at Unilever, where they were responsible for aligning IT strategies to business goals and serving as a business partner for internal customers. Meital also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Discount Bank and a consultant at ROI.

Meital Saiski completed an MBA in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Industrial Management Engineering from the same university from 2000 to 2004. Meital also holds additional certifications including CSM - Certified Scrum Master, PSM - Professional Scrum Master, and PSPO - Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org.
